"To protect your family’s legacy, we don't do 'Standard' annual price hikes. Your Base Rate is locked at $39/hr for the next three years. The only adjustment we make is an annual COLA Split. When the government gives you a Cost-of-Living raise, we simply split that percentage to keep your Elite Caregiver’s pay 'Steel' against inflation. Then, every three years, we do a flat 3% adjustment to the base. This way, you always know exactly what your care costs, and my team stays focused on the clinical work.”
